This shoe is incredible. I tried on several different shoes at a department store and this one was quite clearly the best flat shoe. It fits my foot like a glove and doesn't slip on the heel. They put in some suede-like material to help grip your heel. Not only that, it is super cute, which is something I can't often say about Ecco shoes. I normally wear 7 to 7.5, which translates to a 38. I ended up buying a 37 because the 38 was very large on my foot, and the 37 fit perfectly.
